Speaking / speechwriting / workshop

Make the next thing clearer.

I work with people who have something worth saying and need a useful room to shape it in — a speech, a story, a talk, or the next honest version of an idea.

These are focused offers taking shape around the work. Write first; scope, timing, and rate stay human and specific.

01 / One focused hour

Creative clarity session.

A 60-minute conversation for a talk, story, project, or knot in the thinking. We leave with a short next-move record rather than a cloud of advice.

  • Bring a question, rough notes, or a problem.
  • Leave with priorities and a practical next step.
  • Planning rate: discussed after scope is understood.

02 / Shape the words

Speech or keynote development.

From first premise to a speakable draft: structure, rhythm, story, transitions, and a revision path that still sounds like the person delivering it.

  • Useful for a speech, keynote, presentation, or public statement.
  • Scope can include outline, draft, and one defined revision.
  • Final timing and rate are set in writing before work begins.

03 / A room with a purpose

Repeatable workshop.

A small group session about making the next useful move: finding the thread, naming the audience, and turning a loose idea into a form people can use.

  • 60-minute or 120-minute versions.
  • Remote delivery; in-person options by arrangement.
  • Each participant receives a compact working artifact.

The shape of the room

A little structure can make room for play.

Work begins with the actual situation: who is listening, what needs to change, what cannot be faked, and how much time exists. The session is not therapy, a guaranteed transformation, or a substitute for specialist advice. It is a carefully bounded creative working session.

01

Before

A short brief: audience, purpose, date, current material, and what feels stuck.

02

During

Questions, structure, examples, and a live attempt at the next version.

03

After

A concise artifact: outline, next moves, draft notes, or workshop takeaways.
